By type, they separate to two:
By link: paygine-sbp, paygine-dom, paygine-inter
By card: payme
By Link transactions when created returns link field, by which user
should go and commit payment, and then, user will be redirected
to api endpoint, which at one time checks transaction and redirects
user to web site endpoint, based on how transaction ended up
By Card transactions in due time, should go through
implement -> confirm flow to complete transaction. user also will
get resend-sms availability to resend confirmation code to phone
